The Wiltshire East constituency has been newly created ahead of the 2024 General Election following the changes made by the Boundary Commission.
The constituency is strongly rural and is centred around the historic market town of Marlborough. It includes the significant conurbations of Wroughton in the North, Avebury in the East with its globally renowned stone circle, Pewsey in the centre, Shrewton and Amesbury in the South and the military barracks in the villages of Upavon, Tidworth and Ludgershall.
